
Bod-Squad Boot Camp is essentially Group Personal Training. It is a fun and positive, fast-paced, super-intensive hour of cardio, strength, and flexibility training.
Chuck Jordan, an experienced Boot Camp instructor and NASM certified personal trainer, will take you through five 1-hour sessions a week for 8 weeks. All Bod-Squad Boot Camps take place in the fresh air of the great outdoors. Rain or shine, we all show up and work hard - You'll love it! You will be given diet and lifestyle suggestions that will make you the healthiest and most fit you have ever been! Make a commitment to your health, and get on the road to your best self ever! Experience a total mind and body makeover by December 14th, just 8 weeks! After you register, we will schedule a time to meet and do a fitness assessment prior to the beginning of Boot Camp. That way, we can monitor your progress*.
