Who can participate in Bod-Squad Boot Camp?

Bod-Squad Boot Camp is designed for everyone! For all ages, whether you’re 18 or 65! Designed for both men and women! For both the physically fit and the fitness-challenged!

What can I expect from my 8 weeks with Bod-Squad Boot Camp?

What if I travel or have an inconsistant schedule and will not be able to come 5 days a week?

Our program is designed to give you the best results by coming 5 days a week. However, we realize that this is not a possibility for everyone. Therefore, Bod-Squad Boot Camp also offers a 4 days and a 3 days a week option.

You get to choose the days during the week that you will be there. You will get 16 sessios a month for the 4 days a week option, or 12 sessions a month for the 3 days a week option to use at your discretion.

 

How much does Bod-Squad Boot Camp cost?

The 5 days a week option: $240 a month for two months. (That averages to just $12 a session!) *RECOMMENDED*

The 4 days a week option: $215 a month for two months.

The 3 days a week option: $175 a month for two months.

Private Personal Training can cost you $50 - $100+ per session, Bod-Squad Boot Camp is a great chance to get instruction and motivation from a certified personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

 

What is the Bod-Squad Boot Camp Schedule?

We offer sessions at 5:50AM, 6:55AM, 8:00AM, and 9:10AM

We meet for 8 weeks. March 8th through April 30th. You decide if you will come the recommended 5 days a week, 4 days a week, or 3 days a week.
