*KELLER BOOT CAMP REGISTRATION*

By completing registration and first payment, you are purchasing a spot in the full 8-week Boot Camp Program. Credit card information or a post dated check will be required at the time of your fitness assessment. The second credit card payment or post dated check will be processed on Friday, February 5th.
The second payment will be processed regardless of family vacations, scheduling conflicts, or not completing the 8-week course. The only events that would preclude a second payment from being processed are military service, or a note from your doctor stating the reason that you cannot continue.
