Next Boot Camp: January 9th through MArch 2nd

Whether it's an upper body day, a lower body day, a total body day, or a cardio day, you're guaranteed a great workout that will burn 500-1000 calories. And you don't have to bring anything with you. Just show up!

Chuck Jordan, an experienced Boot Camp instructor, Personal Trainer, and Baylor University Graduate, will take you through five 1-hour sessions a week for 8 weeks.

We perform a wide array of exercises to cover cardio training, Flexibility training, Endurance, and Strength Training. All Bod-Squad Boot Camps take place in the fresh air of the great outdoors. Rain or shine, we all show up and work hard - You'll love it! Experience a total mind and body makeover by March 2nd! You will be given diet and lifestyle suggestions that will make you the healthiest and most fit you have ever been! Make a commitment to your health, and get on the road to your best self ever!

WHY BOOT CAMP?

The Program
Each and every workout is designed and instructed by Owner and Trainer Chuck Jordan, so you can be assured that you are getting a safe and extremely effective workout every time you show up. And all the workout equipment is provided by Chuck. No more lugging around weights or mats or buying expensive equipment. All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a hand towel.

This one’s a no-brainer, right? But did you know that regular exercise can help you lose significantly more weight than dieting alone? Plus you get the added benefit of building lean muscle, which also increases your metabolism and burns more calories throughout the day. Are you already at a healthy weight?
